Board Meetings will generally be held the 1^st and 3^rd Mondays of the month with the following exceptions:  Any meeting falling on a Holiday will be held the following evening on the same time schedule.  During the month of January there will be only one meeting, Tuesday, January 18.  During the month of February only one meeting will be held on Saturday the 19th at 12:00 noon. The month of April there will be only one meeting; the 18^th.  During the months of June, July, August and September, there will be only one meeting a month, held on the 3^rd Monday of those months.    Re-organizational Meeting for the year 2012 will be December 19 immediately following the last Regular Meeting of the year.   Meeting times will be 7:00 p.m. except for the Saturday meeting listed above.
