AGENDA Boardman Local School District Board of Education meeting on February 27, 2012 : In attendance tonight are Board of Education Members Niklaus E. Amstutz , Alfred H. Davis, Jr. , Mark J. Fulks , John P. Landers , Kimberly S. Poma and also Superintendent Frank Lazzeri.
The board approved an Insurance Consultant
service agreement with CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Inc. to act as a consultant on benefit plan design options and program objectives. This is in preparation for a Request for Proposal (RFP) submission to agreed upon vendors for medical, prescription drug, dental, vision and life insurance benefits. The cost of this agreement is $10,000.00 and will be paid from the Health Benefits Fund. The process will begin immediately and be completed by July 1, 2012.
The board approved a Health Care Service Agreement with CBIZ Benefits
& Insurance Services, Inc. to provide actuarial, underwriting and benefits consulting services for the District. This agreement is at a cost of $35,000 per year and will be paid from the Health Benefit Fund. The effective date of this agreement will be July 1,2012.Approval given to an ACCESS Agreement for Services for Fiscal Year 2013 from ACCESS.
Fiscal Officer Richard Santilli reported on the 2010 State Audit Award.

to Stadium Drive Elementary School - $125.00 from Dr. James Chengelis to be used in Stadium Drive's science lab.2, to Stadium Drive Elementary School
- $500.00 from Shawn and Denise Burford, Stadium Drive parents. The donation will be placed in the Pupil Support Fund and used at the discretion of the principal.3. to Boardman High School

1. The High School Boys and Girls Indoor Track Teams will travel to Columbus, Ohio from March 2-3, 2012 to participate in the Arnold Classic Track Meet.
2. The High School Girls Outdoor Track Team will travel to Worthington, Ohio from April 27-28, 2012 to participate in the Worthington Invitational.
3. The Boardman High School Jazz
