Preceding the regular council meeting was a swearing in ceremony for re-elected council members Jim Harp , Joe Igro and Ken Flowers.  Also sworn in was newly elected council member Betty Householder.  The swearing in was officiated by Mahoning County Court Judge Diane Vettori who was Sebring solicitor.

Also in attendence for the ceremony was Mahoning County Commissioner Dave Ditzler.
